I went to England for boxes and England delivered! This is one of several from my trip and the others are coming over in the container. I believe this box was used as a tea caddy and would have had two boxes inside to store different types of tea separately.
Condition Notes: Wear is visible on the box’s exterior, consistent with age and use. The interior has not been refurbished and contains original velvet lining to the dome top and exposed wood in the base where lining paper has been lost. The box does not come with its key.
