I love the casual coolness of this candlestick. He was a hot mess express when I found him at a yard sale in San Francisco but he spoke to me and now I know why - he is a cool guy!! He's dense (in a good way) and his party trick is that the candle pocket screws out. However, given the number of neat candle sticks generally available today, I recommend using him for his intended purpose.
Although if you must do otherwise, he would look equally as awesome with a Christmas tartan bow tied around the space where the candle pocket goes.
