This piece has perhaps the most personality of all the finds in this collection. This my friends is a pair of reading glasses that handily retract down to a single lens (with double the magnification as each lens on its own). My mother-in-law has a similar piece that she wears on a chain as a necklace, and when she pops open her reading glasses to look at, say, a menu, she looks incredibly smart and chic. These are not your average peepers and they will certainly be a conversation piece when you use them!
Pressing down on the small button near the bottom of the piece activates a spring that releases the lenses, to use as glasses that you hold up to your eyes. Simply press down on the left lens to retract it back down.
