I overheard the owner of the home where I found this dish (at an estate sale!) tell someone she received this serving dish as a wedding gift and had owned it over 60 years. I could tell by the condition of the items on display at the sale that she had cared lovingly for all of her serving pieces, and this one is no exception. It is in excellent condition and polished up beautifully. It may have had a coordinating lid at one point, and I would use it to serve side dishes (and not just on special occasions!).
Condition Notes: Very light scratching across base of tray; 2-3 very small spots of plate loss.
